First of all, ‘Be Kind To Yourself’
The term “Be kind to yourself” comes from learning from mistakes, punishing yourself with training too hard or too much can have a negative effect on your body and mind, you’ll constantly be sore and tired and that’s not the result we should be after when training. Real changes come when you first accept and love yourself for who you are. You more like to look after something you love.
Reduce Your Toxins
Your body has “filters” designed to deal with a certain amount of toxins, when you take on board more toxins than the body can handle it stores them in your body fat to keep them out of trouble, unfortunately then your brain will see the body fat as helpful and keep it as its providing a service. Reducing toxic overload allows the body to filter the overflow of toxins and your body will naturally drop unneeded body fat. Reducing your toxins pre wedding will not only help you look great (especially if you hold any weight on your face) its guaranteed to make you feel and perform at your best.
Make a Lifestyle Plan – Not A Quick Fix

A1, Jumping alternate split squats (adding plyometrics to your workout really ramps up its effectiveness) x 20
A2, Spiderman press ups (great for shoulders, cost and arms) nothing makes a suit look better than good shoulders. x 20
A3, Side kick throughs (not only will it help build strength in your lower abdominals its also a killer dance move for wedding night) x 10
x 2 – 3 sets depending on currently fitness level
B1, Reverse lunges (back foot on tea towel) uses a towel under the back foot means more work for your front leg x 10 each leg
B2, Judo press ups, (start in a downward dog and then lower your nose towards the floor sliding forwards into a low close grip press up and repeat) x 10
B3, Seesaw planks (plank on your elbows and both feet on tea towel sliding back and forth) x 10
x 2 – 3 sets depending on currently fitness level
Do some gentle cardio twice a week.
It doesn’t have to be hard and fast as the benefits from cardio and mental as well as physical.
